How long does delivery take?

We hand your order to the courier within 1-4 working days, or within 24 hours if the model is already available in store. Shipping is free in Italy.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes: throughout Europe, to the United States, Canada and the rest of the world. Rates for each country are on the Shipping policy page.

How do I return an item?

Fill in the “Right of withdrawal” form at the bottom of the page: we will email you the address and the shipping options.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you change your mind, you pay for it (if you choose our label, the cost is deducted from your refund). If the product is faulty or wrong, we pay for it.

When will I get my refund?

Usually as soon as we have checked the package, in any case within 14 days of your request, to the same payment method.
