Shipping and Delivery Information

Ottica Lattanzio's mission is to guarantee you the best possible price and a flawless product. For this reason, we have optimized our logistics and quality control processes.


1. Processing and Handling Times

Every order is processed and prepared with the utmost care.

  • Standard times: Orders are handed over to the courier within 1-4 business days. This timeframe allows us to perform a final quality check on the frame and, if necessary, retrieve the specific model from our central hubs.

  • Ready for delivery: If the items are already available in our main warehouse, shipping usually takes place within 24 working hours.

  • Weekends and Holidays: Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed starting from the first available business day.

2. Single Shipment

To ensure environmental sustainability and keep our prices competitive, if your order includes multiple items, shipping will occur in a single solution as soon as the entire package is ready for departure.

3. Rates and Delivery Times

Rates vary based on the destination. The final calculation takes place at checkout after entering the address.

4. Taxes and Customs Duties (Non-EU)

We operate with maximum transparency regarding international costs:

  • VAT/Taxes: For most international destinations, local VAT is calculated and included in the total at checkout.

  • Import Duties: For shipments outside the European Union (e.g., UK, Switzerland, USA, Norway), any customs duties or import charges required by local authorities are not included in the price. These costs remain the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected by the courier before delivery.

  • Refusal of delivery: In case of refusal of delivery due to non-payment of duties, the shipping costs (round trip) and any return customs charges will be deducted from the refund.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email containing the Tracking Number (Tracking ID). You will be able to follow the journey of your eyewear in real-time until delivery.

6. Support, Loss, and Damage

We invite you to inspect the package upon receipt.

  • Visible Damage: If the packaging appears damaged, accept the delivery by writing "Subject to inspection" on the courier's receipt.

  • Reports: In case of a damaged product or lost package, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at: info@otticalattanzio.it. Our team will handle the report immediately.
