No login is required. After entering the order details and confirming the request, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return for a change of mind or without justification: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can use a courier of your choice or request our return label: in this case, the corresponding cost will be deducted from the refund.

Return for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item: shipping costs are covered by Ottica Lattanzio. We will send you a prepaid label and take care of the collection and replacement or refund.
