At Ottica Lattanzio, we want every purchase to be a pleasant and worry-free experience.
However, if you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no explanation required.

📦 Return Conditions

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • It must not have been worn or used.
  • It must include all original tags.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind or no-justification returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    You may use your preferred courier or request a return label from us; in this case, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping costs are fully covered by Ottica Lattanzio.
    We will send you a prepaid return label and handle the replacement or refund process.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
