You can return one or more items within 14 days of delivery, with no need to provide a reason.
Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To request a return, email info@otticalattanzio.it and ship to:

- Change of mind: return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (you may use your own courier or request our return label, which will be deducted from the refund).
- Defective or wrong item: return shipping is covered by our shop; we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval, to the same payment method used for the order.

Handling Times: Your order is prepared and handed over to the courier within 1-4 business days (24h for products in stock).
Single Shipment: For multiple orders, shipping occurs in a single solution once all models are ready.
Taxes and Duties: VAT is already calculated at checkout. Any customs duties (Non-EU) are the responsibility of the recipient.
