With the “Liberty” Limited Edition, Bayria Eyewear pays tribute to the city from which it takes its name: Bari. The front of this unique, sinuous model, made in just 100 numbered pieces, features flourishes reminiscent of the Ionic capitals on the façade of Palazzo Mincuzzi, strictly in matte Osaka black acetate – the same black that recurs throughout the building’s design, from the interior railings to the sign.
The burgundy lenses, with an anti-reflective coating on the inner side, are inspired by the color the façade takes on in the glow of the lights. The curl temples are in gold metal, the color that flickers across the exterior windows and dominates the space, enhancing the geometries of the Liberty-style decoration and recalling the dome decorated with gold glass tiles.
