You can return one or more items within 14 days of delivery, with no need to provide a reason.

Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Change of mind: return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (you may use your own courier or request our return label, which will be deducted from the refund).
Defective or wrong item: return shipping is covered by our shop; we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval, to the same payment method used for the order.
